Our management team reports directly into their site property team to support them with all their electrical, mechanical and building fabric requirements seven days a week to keep their office running smoothly.

Services provided include:

  • Maintenance of plumbing including toilets, showers and taps

  • Reactive repairs to doors and building fabric

  • Reactive repairs to light fittings

  • Scheduled PPM checks

  • Water safety
